What did you already try and what didn't work? The Community is here to help, not to be given your client's requirements and do your work for you. What are you already collecting? What isn't calculating correctly?
Next to that: 'average' on what? Per week, per day, per month? Just the average isn't really helpful for anything, because you will just have 1 number and you can just use reports on that.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Thank you @Mark Manders. I'm also not expecting direct requirement from client. First I'll try my own, then will reach community for developers approach.
Please see my trail and let me know if any modifications required.
I've created below Indicator source and Indicators:
Indicator Source: ITSMDashboards.MetricResult.New
Fact Table: Metric Result [asmt_metric_result]
Condition: Created ON Today
Valid for frequency: daily
Automated indicator 1: ITSM Techhub normalized satisfaction score
Unit: #
Direction: Maximize
Indicator Source: TSMDashboards.MetricResult.New
Additional Conditions: Metric.Category.type is Customer Satisfaction Survey
Actual Value isnot "-1"
Aggregate: Sum
Automated indicator 2: ITSM Techhub survey instances
Unit: #
Direction: Maximize
Indicator Source: TSMDashboards.MetricResult.New
Additional Conditions: Metric.Category.type is Customer Satisfaction Survey
Actual Value is not "-1"
Field: Instance
Formula Indicator: ITSM Average Overall Techhub Satisfaction
Direction: Maximize
Unit: #
Formula: [[ITSM Techhub normalized satisfaction score]] / [[ITSM Techhub survey instances]] * 100
Please review and let me know if any modifications requried.
@Mark Manders Regarding Average, yes, Average is Per Month. Please provide you valuable development suggestions.
Thanks & Regards,
Prasanna Kumar

Like this way, most of the people getting proper solution. Please don't tell any stories. If you have any solution, share it properly. It is just knowledge sharing. If you don't have any solution, don't leave any comments. Because people thinking the question already answered and leave that question. Please don't interrupt to helping others.
