Hi,
How to create catalog item via inbound email When I receive the notification, we have to submit a ticket with this cat item.
How to do it, can anyone help on this. It will be helpful.

I have updated and checked but I am receiving mail to instance that type : Received on sys_emails but not created any new records.

Hello @mania ,
Check the email logs, whether inbound action you have created processed or not. If not, please if any flow or lower order inbound action stops processing your inbound email

Hello @mania ,
We found that the flow " create supplier case for account payable" is issuing stop processing . If you are no longer using this flow then inactivate the flow and try otherwiselo Please go through below community post and disable stop processing for the flow so that your inbound action will process

I have inactivated that flow and I have added code for sc_request its working till request record is created but I need code for creating RITM record after sc_request.
Can you help on this, It will be helpful.
