how to create cross scope

Hi anyone help me please how to create cross scope for this?

Create operation on table 'sn_hr_core_case_payroll' from scope 'Global' was denied. The application 'Global' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests.

i have created this but still not working.

I have a created recorder producer with incident table based on field selection i need to create payroll ticket.but getting above error.

Hi, maybe check sys_scope_privilege Table and allow the matching record.
