How to create Incident SLA in performance Analytics

I have a requirement to create Incident SLA in performance Analytics for different groups.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Incident SLA is created through SLA definitions where after you can capture SLAs through performance analytics utilizing the database view incident_sla. According to the "different groups", it really depends on your need. A first step could be to create a breakdown based on assignment group.
