I have requirement to automate Knowledge Category creation in the Account form, so far I have managed to create the Parent Category, but I'm out of ideas how to create subcategories.
For example
If user clicks UI action in ACME North America Account form, following categories are made in Customer Service Knowledge Base:
- ACME North America (Parent, Under Customer Service Base)
- Software (Child for ACME)
- Microsoft (Child for Software)
- Printers (Child for ACME)
- Users (Child for ACME)
Then again, if user clicks Boxeo, categories are created same way
- Boxeo (Parent, Under Customer Service Base)
- Software (Child for Boxeo)
- Microsoft (Child for Software)
- Printers (Child for Boxeo)
- Users (Child for Boxeo)
Is there way to copy categories or something?
