Hi @VandanaN

If you want to create PDF from Copilot summary page-

1) Refer this:Convert your Microsoft 365 Copilot Page to a PDF file

2) Refer: Copilot won't generate PDF but it did in the past

Ask Copilot in Word via a prompt to convert a file to PDF, please try the following method to convert the file directly in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.

  1. Save the Word file
  2. Open the Copilot search app > select Search from the left side of the window.
  3. Scroll down to the Quick access section and find the word file you want to convert to a PDF.
  4. Hover over the filename and select the More actions

button that appears to the right of the filename.
  5. Select Convert to PDF.

The PDF will be created and stored in the same folder that the source file is in.

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.
