Portal - Additional comments mandtory for REOPEN Incident

Hi Team , 

 

When incident is reopened from Portal - Additional comments should get mandtory asking that "provide reason for reopeneing this incident ' .

you will have to clone that widget which renders that and then make changes to it and add that new widget in your standard ticket config
