How to create requested item without request

Hi All.

Is this possible to create the Requested item without Request?

Note - need to attach the workflow and catalog

Hi,

This is not supposed to happen.

RITM should be having a Request linked with it.

Hi Ramesh,

In Navigator, enter "sc_req_item.list". Click the "New" button. Leave "Request" field empty.

What is the use case of creating just a requested item without a request? There's no request so what would a workflow do? Without a request, there's shouldn't be anything to approve because nobody is asking anything about it.
