How to delete system logs

Even though I am sys admin, I am not able to delete entries from system logs . I  want to clean up the system logs from my instance but delete option is grayed out

Can someone please help ?

Records of system tables are restricted from update/deletion. System logs are rotated periodically, deletion may not be required.

What is the requirement to delete the logs?
