How to delete the email received log from one RITM form only

How to delete the recived email log from one particular RITM only (refer below screenshot).

HI @VIKAS MISHRA,

 

It's not recommended to delete any email log.

Still, If your business requirement wants to remove it on one RITM then follow the below steps.
Goto> System Logs> Emails > Search for the same subject and then delete that record.

very difficult to achieve.

you can try to hide specific email from the activity logs

this link has the solution but it uses DOM manipulation which is not recommended
