how to disable active ideas from PMO dashboard

Hi,

I would like to hide/disable active ideas which reside under pipeline details from being display in PMO dashboard. There is no option to deactivate the main widget indicator. I did try to control access by adding specific role to display the active ideas but it did not work. Could someone provide steps by steps guide on how hide/disable the active ideas which resides under pipelines details?

The PPM - Pipeline Details on the PMO Dashboard is the Workbench widget. Below is the URL:

Name: Pipeline Details

URL: https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/pa_widgets.do?sys_id=b3bef969732023005660ef6bcaf6a797

There is no Active flag in the Widget Indicator table, so we've to delete the Active Demand widget indicator to remove it out of the workbench. You can also consider to clone the workbench with your own customization.

Hey @PatriciaA987250 

It works totally fine from my end. I limit to the admin role, then the Program Manager no longer access it.

Let's double-check the user you're checking to make sure the user does not have the role you set.
