How to disable login for service portal page(Customize page) ?

when i created a page in service portal which display list of catalog items (using simple list).The list is displayed without login, now by clicking on item   we need to display item details but It is asking   for USERNAME and PASSWORD.

My question is how to avoid the requirement of USERNAME and PASSWORD. It need to display information without login details.

Hi Sergiu,

I have made page as public, Though portal is able to list the items   (Record producers), when trying to submit ticket it is re-directing to login page.

My requirement is that, any user can submit ticket without login.

Any help is much appreciated.
