How to disable text indexing on the table

I have followed the below steps:  How can I validate , is that disabled or not, I am still seeing the option for text

Navigate to All > System Definition > Dictionary.
Open the dictionary entry for the child table.
In the Attributes related list, select New.
On the Dictionary Attribute form, fill in the fields: set no text index to true
Select Submit.
Select Update

Navigate to All > System Definition > Dictionary.

Select the record of your field, From List view you can mark Text index to false, It will disable the Text Search.

Note :- It applies only to the table.
