how to disable user preference?

Hello everyone.

Every time I change the search field, it automactically generates a user preference data.

How can I disable the automatic generation of user preference?

Hello,

By design, that is the intended purpose. It's an individual user preference setting and disabling that would affect the entire platform (unless you limit when that block would execute). We don't have specifics from you as to the purpose or level of impact, but I wouldn't recommend changing the behavior.
