Hi guys, I have encountered a use case
1. I created a catalog item associated with the table requested item. In this table, I have added a column named Error
2. I created a flow in Flow Designer and turned on the toggle Error Handler. This flow is assigned to the Catalog Item above. If the flow causes an error, Update the requested item: Error column = message of the error handler. It means that the request is in the error stage and the request is still open
3. The requirement is when the user who registered that record comes to the My Requests page and comes to the detail page, it will display an error message on the top of the request like the design below.
Does anyone know how to display the error message on the My Request page on the Employee Center in ServiceNow?

Hi @LinhN ,
But, why you want to show an Error Message to an End user. ServiceNow admin needs to know what error has happened.
Enduser needs whether he can or cannot get catalog item.
Can you tell the actual use case for showing an error message to an end user, which may not be relevant to End user.
Regards,
Najmuddin.
