How to display list of users in RITM work notes.

Hi All,

we designed a flow for adding users into azure ad groups. After adding to group, ritm worknotes have been updating like "user has been added ". But it is updating one worknote for one user, imagine if we have 100 users then it's populating 100 work notes in ritm . Is there any way to display all the added users in one worknote Instead of populating 100 work notes of ritm. Can anyone pls suggest on this.

That completely depends on your flow. If you update the worknotes after each addition, it will show like it currently does. If you update it at the end for all users for whom you received a successful insert/update, you can do it at the end.
