Hello, the "i dont have a user click here" button we have on our portal links to the wrong portal. This page where this button is located, is only visible if your logged out. So me as an admin cant just ctrl+right click it to edit the link easily. How do i access this page from the backend in servicenow to edit the button that has the wrong link?

ctrl+ right click and open the page in widget editor.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Yes i know this is how you do it, but my problem is i cant view that page when logged in. I need to be logged out to have access to it and then i dont have admin powers to edit it. Once a user is logged in they get a whole new homepage

Hi @asd22
Looks like you need to check the login page , once you login. and you need admin right to change it. Without logging it cant be chk.

Ensure you are in the correct scope
1. User filter navigator on the native side with Service Portal and click Service Portal Configuration
2. Click on Designer
3. Type the page id in the search bar and click the page desired to edit
4. Hover over the widget that needs to be edited and click the pencil icon
