How to enable a Developer Sandbox

I learned about the new developer sandbox feature at ServiceNow Summit Atlanta and would like to play with it.  However, I can't find how to request a developer sandbox in my Xanadu PDI.  Is there a online document for it?

Thank you.

On PDIs, it's not available. It might be enabled on the customer dev instances. You can probably check with your ServiceNow account manager for eligibility.

Hey, this is an older thread, but I wonder if there's been any new documentation that you know of about this function?

I'm particularly interested whether the sandboxes are attached to an Application scope in any manner - we still have a lot of work done in the Global scope - e.g. Catalog Items and their Flows - and being able to use the Sandboxes for these would be great.

Hey, Developer sandbox is now available in PDI as well.

But not sure how to configure it.

Few questions I have:

1. Are we able to use it other than App Engine Studio?

2. If not then how to configure it?

I understand this will be available in Yokohama.   Has anyone seen it in action yet? Thank you!
