I have added a Interactive Filters to one of my Dashboards.
- I shared this Dashboard to a manager group.
- If one of the members of this group accesses this dashboard, when they select the dropdown, they are getting the message " No records found"
- they should be able to see users that are available via this interactive filter search
Here is what they should see in the dropdown, as opposed to "no records founds"
I have search product documentation and have yet to find out why this user is unable to filter and receive the expected results.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @kdelbridge ,
Do you see that correct data? Have you tried to impersonate them and look at the interactive filter? Do the user have access to the table utilized with in the interactive filter?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Hi @AndersBGS ,
The user does have the necessary CRUD rights to the tables.
It was when I impersonated them that I realized they were unable to "filter" as expected.
The filter works fine when I am accessing when I am not impersonating (as evidenced in my screenshot).
Any other ideas what the issue could be?
