How to enable contextual search - Self Service portal incident form on Short_Description field?

Hello Community,


Using Vancouver release, how does one configure contextual search of KB articles from the short_description field of the self-service portal's incident form?

 

I thought it might be via the record producer configuration "Create Incident" but the *Search Context doesn't have an option for Incident, only Incident Deflection and the * Search Variable only lists "Please describe your issue below".

Do I have to create a new variable and then work from there?   

Any assistance would be appreciated.
