How to enable multiple selection for the choices in record producer variable?

How to enable multi selection of choices under the record producer variable. ? Tried with Multiple choices type, look up multiple choice Type, list collector type ,but not worked out. If having any suggestion kindly post here.

Have you tried with  type as checkbox not multiple choice.

Tried the same approach for multiple selection of choices, once after submitting a request it shows sys id instead of option.
