How to enable Next experience UI for Agent workspace?

currently my agent workspace is looking like this

I need to update it to look like this N aw.png

Note: The is instance is already upgraded to Tokyo version

That's the issue. Agent Workspace is a Legacy feature. If you want the new workspaces that resemble closer to Next Experience you need a "Workspace Experience". If you are using ITSM, then the Service Operations Workspace is the new replacement for Agent Workspace.

@MattSN is correct. The link I have provided above offers some guidance in transitioning from legacy agent workspace to configurable workspaces, such as SOW. There is no easy fix for that, consider this a mini-project.
