Hi Everyone,
I have two instances, Instance A having a table named "Service Task(service_task)" whereas instance B is not having the table "Service Task(service_task)". Please help me to understand what is the purpose of this table and to get the "Service Task(service_task)" table in instance B what are all the steps I have to follow.
Note: Instance A is in Utah release and Instance B in Vancouver release.
Thanks,
Tamil

hi @Tamil4 ,
I found service_task.list table in vancouver PDI but not in present in existing customer instance. For you, are you looking in customer instance or PDI??
You can try to take xml of "service task" table & variables from Vancouver instance.

Thanks for your response. Am checking in customer instance. We are migrating catalog items from Instance A to Instance B. One of the Record Producer is on custom table and that custom table is extended from this "Service Task(service_task)" table.
So I want to know what is the purpose of this table and as it is OOB table without importing XML is there any way to get this table in Instance B.
Note: I committed mistake while posting this question. Instance A in Utah and Instance B in Vancouver release.(I have edited it now)
Thanks,
Tamil

You can try to take xml of "service _task" table & variables from Vancouver instance & another instance as a workaround. Its table new introduce in Vancouver & please check plugin "Service Creator" activate or not where you did not find the table.

Hi,
Can you check if the Service Creator plugin is installed on instance B ?
I believe that is needed for the service_task to be installed.
