Admin able to see Toggle template bar. But for impersonated user not able to see toggle template (•••) on the header of the form.

Version: San Diego
Table: case table sn_customerservice_ case table.
Role: sn_customerservice_case_agent, case_user, major case issue manager i.e case related roles
