How to enable Virtual agent for backoffice only ?

Hello Friends,

 

We want to enable the Virtual Agent for Backoffice for ITBM module. We don't want it for Service Portal. 

Is it possible? if yes how?

Can you clarify what you mean with backoffice? Haven't heard of that term in this setting before.

Hi Mark

Good day, 

 

It's a normal view where when itil user logs in (landing UI).so we want to  enable virtual agent for PPM support engineers for this UI.

And we don't want it on portal.

Ah oke, the Core UI, Platform UI. Backoffice is a term you made up I guess 😅

 

You can user Virtual Agent there through a direct link. Having a popup or something similar like how it on the portal works is not something configurable.

Like I mentioned, "You can use Virtual Agent there through a direct link".

 

A popup similar like Portal: that does not exist for Core UI / Platform UI. Not in Classic UI, not in Next Experience UI.
