How to expand the stage toggle by default on ServicePortal

Hi,

I would like to see Expanded view of Stages when the Request is submitted from the portal

Stage(Before Expanding)

Stage (After Expanding) :

I want to have the expanded View ByDefault so how can i do that 
Please guide me Step by step

In addition to the changes Saurabh showed, you'll want to change these if statements as well. This will ensure the toggle image is opened by default. Move the exclamation point in the ng-if from the first image to the second.
