how to filter a list based on the class of the configuration item

Hi

Can any one please tell me how to filter a list based on the class of the configuration item

For instance, I want to filter incidents where the class of the configuration item is "Windows server"?

ServiceNow doesn't allow mw to select the field class of the configuration item (see attachement)

Do you have another entry below this for Configuration item fields, like this?

If you are not seeing any of these => entries, at the bottom of the list do you have the option to Show Related Fields?
