How to find pass percentage of multiple choice questions on dashboard

Hi Team,

 

I got a task of dashboard creation, where I have to find Pass percentage of Multiple choice questions having choices of Pass, Need Improvement, Fail, and NA of all question. Only Pass percentage is required.
