Hi Supriya,
To find information about custom tables and their limits in ServiceNow based on your subscription license, you can follow these steps:
On the "Subscription management" app on your instance, you will find information about your ServiceNow subscriptions, including the number of custom tables that are available based on your subscription type, and the current usage of custom tables.
To see the custom table limits for each subscription type, select "Table and column limits" from the left-hand menu.
If you exceed the limit for custom tables, you will receive a notification in the ServiceNow platform. The notification will provide details about the limit that was exceeded and the table that caused the limit to be exceeded.
To view the specific custom tables that have exceeded their limit, you can use the "Limit Usage" module in ServiceNow. This module provides a list of all platform features that have exceeded their limits, including custom tables. You can also use this module to identify the specific custom tables that have exceeded their limits and take corrective action to address the issue.
I would suggest to engage with your ServiceNow's account executive to know or seek further licensing guidance.
Please mark my answer correct/helpful in case it adds value and moves you a step closer to your desired ServiceNow solution goal.
Thanks,
Punit
