How to Generate Clickable Tracking Number in a form?

Hello,

I want to add a field to input a clickable tracking number for any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). I only want to show the number, not the entire URL. Is this possible?

@Pati_SN :- You can create field by using OOB Data type as "URL".
