How to generate Client id and secret Id to provide to 3rd party

We have one ebounding integration working in prod, now just trying to do that same in non prod instance with 3rd party non prod instance, have done the same changes in non prod instance but its not working hence we are trying to connect client id and secreate id and provide it to 3rd party may be this is the reason .

Please suggest how to create client id and client secreat so that we can prvide it to them

you need not generate it.

ServiceNow generates it for you which you can directly share. This is generated when you create application registry in OAuth module
