How to get a Report of existing Catalog Tasks and Assignment Groups which trigger through Workflows?

Hi,

We've a requirement to pull a report of Catalog Tasks and Assignment groups which trigger from workflows of all active service catalogs. In the attached image, Catalog tasks are created through workflow and assigned to a group mentioned in the activity.

Similary, i need to get all catalog tasks and assignment groups in a sheet.

Please suggest a way to achieve this.

Do you have the workflow registered on the catalog items? In that way you can select all tasks related to a catalog item that's handled through a workflow and report on the assignment_group.

But reporting on something happening within the workflow is not easy. Maybe check on the 'Workflow Executing Activities' table? Not sure if you will get everything though.

Yes, I need to pull reports from Workflows which are registered on the catalog items only.
