How to get dummy data for CSM Module after installing the plugins

Hi Connection,

How to get dummy data on pdi for Customer Service Management | CSM module after installation of plugins, i forget to select load data while installing may it did not showed option not sure. now i need to demo data to raise cases and practice.

Try installing com.snc.customerservice.demo plugin.

Hi @Community Alums ,

You can try get the demo data after installing the plugin, by following the steps below:

If your instance is in Vancouver or above:

1. Navigate to System Applications > All

2. Search for your plugin, you'll find it under the installed tab

3. Open it 

4. Click on "Load demo Data" under quick actions.

If you are using the classic App manager ( before Vancouver), 

1. Navigate to System Applications > All

2. Search for your plugin, it should show below the search with the installed button would be greyed out

3. Open it

3.  Click on Load Demo data Only under the related links (bottom right)
