How to get the ebook?

When you registered for training you will get ebook, but what I heard SN has stopped ebook except CSA, so you can't get it, just follow the training only

Hi @armanoj,

there are actually 3 ways:

• SN University
  • Navigate to the training and if an eBook is available, there's this tab

• Check your mailbox
  • search for "Access your eBook for <training_name>" in the subject, sent by nowlearning(at)servicenow.com

• Login to your InkLing account (details in the mail and under the tab as seen above)
  • all the relevant eBooks are added automatically
  • In case of issue, refer to: Accessing your ServiceNow Inkling account (web browser)

If you cannot find any eBook using these 3 options, then it means that there is no eBook available.
