How to get Mouse Hover message on choice variable in catalog item?

Can you please help me to get mouse hover message on choice field.

hello @Alphonsa Abraham ,

you can use tooltip field to get a hover message like below 

But its not possible to show hover message  for every radio button as it is not customisable 

Enter the text in tool tip box and it will be displayed
