I have some knowledge articles that have unique IDs in text body like "ID: 123456-A", "ID: 123456-B", etc.
However, when running a search for "123456" on Knowkedge Base, no results shown.
*Search with "123456-A" returned the result properly.
It seems the entire ID is considered as 1 word and the search term "123456" only matches partially, so the search engine returned no result.
Could someone please let me know how to get the partially-matched search result?
