how to get report on all subscription count in servicenow ?

Hello ! 

 

How can I get build a report on all subscription on my ServiceNow platform.

 

I can see all entitlements and allocations but I do not see way to convert it into a report.

 

For reference attaching my PDI screenshot

go to license_details table and extract the excel.

go system definition >> Tables>>look for any subscription table there and extract info.

thats the question,  how can I have the subscription management list view export into excel ?

did you check behind that how it fetches the data?

on which dashboard this is present? is that an OOB one?

Hi @Servicenow lear ,

usage_admin role/admin role should have access to edit the Subscription management dashboard.


There are multiple dashboards - Domain compliance overview, Custom table Subscription overview and Custom Application inventory. The name of the table for reports on user access - ua_app_usage, just in case you want to pull a report separately.

All these are editable.
