On propose a new template record producer catalog item of Standard Change we want to some field validations check on change request values section how can be get the value of template change request fields to reutilize them for further scripting with the help of client sript ? The change request values are coming from macro.

I think what you're looking for is not possible as of now. However, you can create an example or a workaround for capturing values and proceed accordingly.
