How to get the next start time of the schedule in workflow?

Dear Team,
- We have an on-call support and schedule is 8am-5pm.
- If we received an incident today outside of the support hours (7pm) and no one took the incident, then we will clear the support group on incident form and we will call to the dedicated on-call support users.
- Still, no one took the incident within the outside of the schedule time (with in 15 minutes) and next day schedule time (8am) is started.
- In this case we will reassign the incident to same support group (previous assignment group) on next schedule start time (incident should assign to same assignment group at tomorrow 8am).
How to get the next start time of the schedule in workflow to attach previous assignment group at that next schedule start time (8am)?
