Hi Mohammad,
- try reporting on sys_user or sys_user_has_role table
- Add the filters to narrow down the report results. here you can use filter based on the user role.
- Look for roles like "ITIL," or any other roles specific to your company ITSM processes.

Navigate to ua_app_usage.LIST in filter navigator.
Filter with Application name = Agent Workspace
I believe you can get the number of users accessing workspace from this
