How to get users list using ITSM workspace.

I need to create a report to know how many users are using ITSM workspace.

Hi Mohammad,

1. try reporting on sys_user or  sys_user_has_role table
2. Add the filters to narrow down the report results. here you can use filter based on the user role.
3.  Look for roles like "ITIL," or any other roles specific to your company ITSM processes.

Navigate to ua_app_usage.LIST in filter navigator. 

Filter with Application name = Agent Workspace

I believe you can get the number of users accessing workspace from this
