How to give condition on assignment rule as , updated by requested for is there then only the assignment rule should run

Hi Juhi,

In assignment rules you can set conditions in Condition filter of Applies to tab 

You will select the table on which you want assignment rule to run. 
And then you will select the fields like updated by and requested for and in
Assign To tab you will set the condition you want to assign if conditions in Applies to tab satisfy

For some values you will have to dot walk to the field. You can see additional fields by clicking the option Show Related Fields
