I have created a rich text variable on a catalog item as shown below:
It is reflecting on RITM as well. I should not populate this on RITM. Kindly guide me.
I don't know if I'm entirely clear on what you are asking, but if you want to make a variable read only or hidden on a RITM record, create a Catalog UI Policy that "Applies on Requested Items", then in the UI Policy Actions select this variable and choose Visible or Read only as false.
