How to Hide the “Options” Text in a ServiceNow Catalog Item

Hello,

The screenshot below shows a catalog item containing multiple checkboxes with the text “Options” displayed above them.

This text only appears when there is more than one checkbox.

Since the checkboxes already have a container title displayed, I would like to hide the “Options” text, but I have not been able to find a way to do so.

Could someone please provide some suggestions on how I can hide or re-name the “Options” text?

Hi Lisa,

You can add a label type variable, ordered just before the first checkbox.  Put whatever you want in the label - such as Days of the Week and then hide the container title, or leave it blank/ one blank space.
