Hello,
I have 3 checkboxes A, B, C in the Catalog item. User only checked A checkbox, but in the portal it is showing up true and false values. It is possible only shows the checkbox with true value? Thank you
User selected "A"
In the Portal is showing all values.

Hi Laura can you elaborate a bit more. Are you talking about after the user submits the catalog item- the receipt of what they select needs to only show an item if its True?

Hi Bammar,
That is correct. After the user submitted the Catalog item.
Step 1 - User submitted a service request with Consultants checkbox selected.
Step 2 - Approver log in the Self-Portal and was able to see all the values. It should be showing checkbox with true value. In this case, only the Consultants checkbox was selected.
