Hi Aman,

I have read the same referral post before. However, I don't know where to find the Widget Ticket template and how to edit it.  That is where I got stuck. Please help and thank you so much for your time and effort.

Hi,

Go to the Variable Summarizer widget, add the following code highlighted in Yellow.

Adding this part will now show only the checkbox variable marked True.

Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

Hello Aman,

I have tried your suggestion and it works.  However, if you are making changes to the Variable Summarize Widget, does it affects all Service Requests or just the specific one?

Please let me know.

Thank you.

This is use to hide the uncheck boxes, so where ever they will be present they will be hidden irrespective of any service request. Will be effective for all.

Please Mark the solution helpful, if that helped you in anyway.

Thanks!!
