How to include attachments in email notifications??

Hello all,

We have a requirement for our users to receive any attachments in an email notification once the ticket is closed. 

I know that in email notifications there is a way to select "Include attachments", but this only includes attachments that are on the RITM. We would also like the user to receive any attachments that were added along the way (e.g. from catalog tasks). 

Does anyone know how to achieve this? If so, any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi,

Do you mean attachments like images, files, etc? Or do you mean KB articles that were "attached" to the task? Stuff like that?

Hi Allen,

Our fulfillers are required to attach a file (word doc) when completing the task. So we'd like the user to have that file included as an attachment when the RITM is closed and complete.
