How to increase the character limit in Form design?

Hi Experts,

 

How to change the maximum character limit of the label in form design? Eg: if i am creating a new field (String) which is named as "What do I want to know? Why do I want to know this?" but it restricts only upto certain characters. Please confirm how to increase the number of "Label" in form design.
