Hello,
I am using the Field Service Management and the Appointment Booking Plugin. Currently it is the Out of the box behaviour, so you can book times within the normal working schedules. I want to realize that if an Agent is already booked for an Appointment that nobody can book another appoinments for the same times - which could currently happen. Is this possible? How can I realize this behaviour?
