How to install 'Microsoft Azure AD Spoke' in a Developer instance.

Hey,

Instance type: servicenow Developer (not a customer developer instance)

Version: Tokyo

Plugin: Microsoft Azure AD Spoke

So I've that there is a 'Microsoft Azure AD Spoke' in the plugins section within a customer instance however this same plugin is not available in a developer instance that I have access to. If I go look at the 'Microsoft Azure AD Password Reset Spoke' it tells me that the 'Microsoft Azure AD Spoke' is needed as a pre-requisite but it's not there for me to install. 

Is this to be expected as I'm currently struggling to find a way to install this plugin.

Have you found out how to installs Azure AD Spoke (com.sn.azure_ad.spoke) / Microsoft Entra ID Spoke on a personal development instance in Washington Release ?
