Standard Change Template Name - English - French Text Translation

I want to translate the Template Name text from English text to French text for al  template names. I am unable to edit the text and the field is Read Only.

How to translate the text. Please guide me the steps.

Why do you want to translate to French can you explain the use case so that i give some information.

For French users, to better understand the verbiage, need to translate the text from English to French

To edit the Name, you need to  

Go to standard change catalog

Template management

Modify template

and then select this template

and modify 

and after this send for approval and after approval you can see updated name.

Do you want to actually physically change the name, or have you enabled the French Language on your instance and wish for this (along with other fields) to be translated when your user language is set to French?
